Shipping Information

All orders are speedily shipped within 1 working day. If you have not received an order within 10 days for standard delivery, or 3 days for express delivery, please notify us at our contact page here, or by email at dave@ozdrugtests.com.au, and we will get back to you in under an hour.

Refund And Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Oz Drug Tests. Because you have ordered from us, we owe you a great big thank you! We will do whatever we can to avoid (if any) hiccups along the way. So, if your drug or alcohol testing equipment is faulty upon receipt, or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund you in full.

We stand by our products. Because of that, we offer a 60 days return policy, no questions asked!

Returns Process

We will gladly return your item free of charge. Just get in touch with us at our contact page here and list the following info:

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name and address
A description of the item you are returning
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.

After we have assessed everything, we will email you back a return label.
